The Motor Vehicles (Wearing of Seat Belts)
(Amendment) Regulations 2006
Effective from the 18th September 2006, these amendment Regulations require a number of bus and coach operators to take reasonable steps to ensure that every passenger is aware that they must wear a seat belt while the vehicle is in transit. The following signs are an effective and permanent way of relaying this essential safety message to all passengers
All seat belt signs shown adopt the pictograms laid out in Schedule 2A to the Road Traffic Act
