Coinciding with Scotland's complete ban on smoking, from 26 March 2006, under The Smoking, Health and Social Care (Scotland) Act 2005, all premises in Scotland must display and complete this sign.This range of signs must be conspicuously displayed in all Scottish workplaces and commercial vehicles. Size used must be 230mm x 160mm or greater in size. All the signs in this section conform to the Health & Safety Signs and Signals Regulations - BS 5499-1.
